How to copy insights data

Use this guide to copy insights, comments, or individual comment text to your clipboard so you can paste it into a deck, document, or message.


Copy insights as text

  1. Open an analysis you created in the past, or create a new one

  2. In the toolbar above the Insights card, click the Copy Insights As Text icon

The text from your Insights card will be copied to your clipboard.


Copy insights as image

  1. Open an analysis you created in the past, or create a new one

  2. In the toolbar above the Insights card, click the Export Insights icon

  3. In the Export Insights card that appears, click Copy Image

A PNG image of your Insights card will be copied to your clipboard.


Copy top comments

  1. Open an analysis you created in the past, or create a new one

  2. In the Insights card, scroll down to the Top Comments section

  3. In the top right of the Top Comments section, click the three-dot icon to show more actions

  4. In the toolbar that appears, click the Copy Comments icon

The text from all top comments will be copied to your clipboard.


Copy selected comments

  1. Open an analysis you created in the past, or create a new one

  2. In the Insights card, scroll down to the Comments section

  3. Hover over the comments you want to copy and select the checkbox next to each one

  4. In the action bar that appears, click Copy

The text from the comments you selected will be copied to your clipboard.


Copy individual comments

  1. Open an analysis you created in the past, or create a new one

  2. In the Insights card, scroll down to either the Top Comments or Comments section

  3. Hover over an individual comment you want to copy

  4. In the action bar that appears, click the Copy Text icon

The text from the individual comment will be copied to your clipboard.
