How to archive or unarchive posts

Use this guide to hide posts from Siftsy without deleting them. Archiving removes posts from any analysis you create or are currently viewing, while unarchiving brings them back without having to create a new analysis.

To archive or unarchive posts, you need to upload posts first. See How to upload posts

Archive posts

  1. From your Siftsy dashboard, click View All Posts

    • If want to archive posts under an analysis you're currently viewing, then select the Table tab in the top right above the analysis

  2. Select the checkbox next to one or more posts you'd like to archive

  3. Click Hide Posts in the action card that appears

  4. Confirm the action

The selected posts will no longer show up in your analyses and will be removed from any campaigns they were grouped in. However, they will still count toward your Monthly Analyzed Posts (MAPs) limit.

Unarchive posts

  1. From your Siftsy dashboard, click View All Posts

  2. Click on the View Archived Posts icon

  3. In the Archived Posts panel that appears, select the checkbox next to one or more posts you'd like to unarchive

  4. Click Unhide in the action bar that appears

The selected posts will return to your analyses and any campaigns they were grouped in. Unarchiving does not re-analyze the post and does not use a new MAP.
