How to upload posts
Use this guide to add public social posts to Siftsy for comment analysis. You can paste one or more post URLs, choose a campaign if you want to group them, and start your analysis.
Only public posts can be uploaded, and each uploaded post counts toward your Monthly Analyzed Posts (MAPs) limit. Check your remaining MAPs count in the upload modal before you continue.
Upload posts
From your Siftsy dashboard, click Add Posts
Inside the Upload Posts modal that opens, paste one or more post URLs into the input field under the By Link tab
Separate multiple URLs with line breaks commas
Concatenated URLs will be automatically split
Siftsy supports Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn
Click NEXT
Choose a campaign from the Campaign dropdown, or type in the search field to create a new one
If you do not want to group the posts, leave the selection as All Posts.
Click NEXT to review the posts in the Posts to Analyze table
Click Analyze
A Post Status modal will appear after upload. Posts usually show Gathering while Siftsy pulls comments and starts analysis. Processing can take 10 minutes to a few hours, depending on the platform and comment volume.
