How to create an analysis

Filter posts to create an analysis with Sifty score summaries, insights, and exportable data. Use the filters panel to narrow which posts you are analyzing and generate a focused report.

Filter posts and create an analysis

1. Open the filters panel from the bar at the top of your account.

2. Apply filters by expanding each section and selecting your criteria.

   • Campaign filters by campaign.

   • Post Tag filters by tags applied to posts.

   • Platform filters by platform, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn.

   • Account filters by the account that posted the content.

   • Post Date filters by publication date.

   • Sifty score filters by score range: Off (1-2), Sub Par (3-4), Good (5-6), or Immaculate (7+).

3. Expand Advanced and paste post links into Filter by Post Link if you want to filter specific posts.

4. Click Add to apply the filters.

Expected result

Your filtered posts appear with an analysis dashboard that includes Overview metrics and Insights panels.

Tips

• The Posts count at the top shows how many posts match your filters in real time.

• Click Clear to reset all filters and start over.

• Use Any in the input fields to include all options for that filter section.

• Each filtered view creates a separate analysis you can explore, export, or share.
