How to bulk upload posts
This guide covers the By CSV/Excel and By Account post upload options in Siftsy. Use bulk upload when you want to add many posts to your Siftsy account in one go.
Only public posts can be uploaded, and each uploaded post counts toward your Monthly Analyzed Posts (MAPs) limit. Check your remaining MAPs count in the upload modal before you continue.
Upload posts by CSV/Excel
From your Siftsy dashboard, click Add Posts
In the Upload Posts panel that appears, select the By CSV/Excel tab
Upload your CSV or Excel file with the public post links you want to analyze
Click NEXT
Choose a campaign from the Campaign dropdown list, or type in the search field to create a new one
If you do not want to group the posts, leave the selection as All Posts
Click NEXT to review the posts in the Posts to Analyze table
Click Analyze
A Post Status panel will appear after upload. Processing can take 10 minutes to a few hours, depending on the platform and comment volume.
Upload posts by account
From your Siftsy dashboard, click Add Posts
In the Upload Posts panel that appears, select the By Account tab
Add a new account by link or select from any saved accounts you've added in the past
Then, In the Select Posts dropdown list, define the time period and maximum number of posts that Siftsy should find under the account
You can prioritize posts with most engagement or that are the most recent
Siftsy can find up to 1000 posts under the selected account
Click Find Posts
Siftsy will gather the posts that match your defined criteria
From the gathered posts, select the ones you want to analyze
Posts that were already analyzed in the past are marked as "Analyzed" and no longer selectable during this step
Click NEXT
Choose a campaign from the Campaign dropdown list, or type in the search field to create a new one
If you do not want to group the posts, leave the selection as All Posts
Click NEXT to review the posts in the Posts to Analyze table
Click Analyze
A Post Status panel will appear after upload. Processing can take 10 minutes to a few hours, depending on the platform and comment volume.
