How to sync post data
Use this guide to pull fresh comment data for posts you've already uploaded to Siftsy. Syncing updates the comments and re-runs the analysis without using new MAPs.
To sync post data, you need to upload posts first. See How to upload posts
Sync post data
From your Siftsy dashboard, click View All Posts in the top right to see all of your posts
Alternatively, open any analysis you've created in the past and click the Posts tab in the top right above the Explore card
Select the checkbox next to one or more posts you want to sync
To sync all posts, select the checkbox at the top of the list
In the action card that appears, click Sync
In the confirmation card that appears, click Resync to confirm your action
Siftsy will begin pulling updated comment data for the selected posts. Processing typically takes from 10 minutes up to a few hours depending on the posts and platform.
