How to edit campaigns
Use this guide to edit campaign names, add groups to them for further organization, or archive them if they are no longer needed. Groups are useful for further organizing posts under their campaign.
To edit campaigns, you need to create them first. See How to create campaigns
Edit a campaign name
From your Siftsy dashboard, click on the top bar that says Choose posts by campaign, tag, account and more
In the selection panel that appears, click on the search field next to Campaign
In the dropdown list, find the campaign you would like to edit
While hovering on the listed campaign, click Edit
In the input field that appears, type your new campaign name
Click Save
The new campaign name will be displayed under the same list mentioned in step 3.
Add a group to a campaign
From your Siftsy dashboard, click on the top bar that says Choose posts by campaign, tag, account and more
In the selection panel that appears, click on the search field next to Campaign
In the dropdown list, find the campaign you would like to add a group to
While hovering on the listed campaign, click Add Group
To delete an existing group, hover over it and click Delete
In the input field that appears, type a name for the new group
Confirm the group name by clicking Save
The new group will be listed under the campaign you added it to.
Archive a campaign
From your Siftsy dashboard, click on the top bar that says Choose posts by campaign, tag, account and more
In the selection panel that appears, click on the search field next to Campaign
In the dropdown list, find the campaign you would like to archive
While hovering on the listed campaign, click Edit
Then, click the Archive option that appears
In the confirmation card that appears, click Archive Campaign Only (Keep Posts)
If you would like to archive a campaign and all the posts grouped inside of it, click Archive Campaign & Posts
The campaign will no longer appear in your dashboard. Also, if you choose to archive all posts associated with the campaign, they will now appear under your archived posts.
